Return and Refund Policy

Where do we ship?

Anywhere within the United States.  For an additional charge, we offer overnight shipping. 

How much is shipping?

$6.00 for one hat or $7-$8 for multiple hats. $2.00 for keychain(s). 
Additional charge for ten or more items based on weight.

How long does an order take to arrive?

We use USPS and your order will be shipped standard mail 24 hours after purchase.  Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. 

What to do if you don’t receive your item?

We track orders from the moment they ship.  If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it.

Returns

Returns are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in original condition for full refund.  You will need to pay for return shipping.  Funds will be paid out after items received in original condition.  Contact us for shipping instructions.
